Make Bonfire Night and chilly autumn and winter evenings special with a glass of Aspall Mulled Cyder. Spiced with cinnamon, clove and ginger, our Mulled Cyder is delicious served warm with a slice of orange.

Look out for our special glühwein style kettles in your local pub & wrap your hands around our elegant handled mulled cyder glass to toast the start of a great night out or revive from shopping in the build up to Christmas.  Did you know that chilled mulled cyder is also fantastic as an aperitif or accompaniment to a dense and creamy cheesecake or a hearty homemade pud?!
Deep in colour with an aroma of citrus fruits and traditional mulled spices, our mulled cyder is produced to a specially designed recipe using a careful blending process.  Aspall Mulled Cyder was the first mulled cider to be launched in the UK and has gained a strong following since 2007. Henry Chevallier Guild explains:

“Every year Aspall Mulled Cyder gains a stronger consumer following as it appeals to cider fans but also people who wouldn’t normally drink cider during a wintry festive occasion. Aspall cyders lend themselves extremely well to food-matching and our Mulled Cyder is no exception, complementing a broad range of hearty winter fayre.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we do."

Whether you’re celebrating Bonfire Night at home with fireworks, or you're hosting a Christmas or New Year's Eve party, make sure your night goes off with a bang!  Make life easy by visiting our online shop for a case of 500ml bottles or a 5L bag-in-box for large gatherings!  Or if you want to make your own mulled cyder, our recipe for homemade mulled cyder is brilliant for spontaneous parties and can be made with either Aspall Draught or Organic Suffolk Cyder which are both widely available in national supermarkets. Star anise, allspice berries and cinnamon quills provide the spice while apples, oranges and lemon juice add a fruity punch.

If you really want to push the boat out, we’d also heartily recommend trying The King Ginger’s Mulled Cyder cocktail recipe. The King’s Ginger is a zesty liqueur created for King Edward VII in 1903 by the Berry Bros. Mixed with Aspall Draught Cyder and 100% Pressed Apple Juice, and garnished with a slice of apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon, this cocktail is a perfect festive drink.
