World Pickled Egg Championships 2016
If you think you can produce a world class egg get pickling now! Whether it’s hen, duck or quails eggs - send your old family recipe or your own wacky creation to The Brewery Tap, Ipswich by midday on Saturday 8th October.
Sponsored by Aspall vinegar, entries are invited from amateurs and professionals and will be judged at 6pm by our panel of egg-perts! The winner will be announced and presented with the carved egg cup trophy at 7pm as part of the Brewery Tap's Junkaloo festival, an Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival fringe event to celebrate the pickled egg and all the good things about the English Pub. We are already eggsited about your pickles!
