Treats come in all shapes and sizes and none are better than guilt-free ones. This ginger banana smoothie is thick and luscious with a flavour reminiscent of banana bread. As a huge plus, there is no reason to feel bad about drinking it because it’s full of natural ingredients.

Method

Measure the ingredients and blend until smooth using a stick blender, juicer or food processor.

Fresh ginger - full of immune system supporting antioxidants as well as compounds beneficial for the digestive system 
Raw organic apple cyder vinegar - may assist with blood sugar control
Alfalfa - this sprout is a mini plant packed with health supporting nutrients, including Vitamins K, C and manganese cashew - a source of the essential minerals zinc, copper and magnesium
