Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1tbsp Aspall White Wine Vinegar
- 1tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ English lettuce, chopped
- 2tsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2tsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2tsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2tsp shallots, peeled and chopped
- 2tsp spring onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to season
1. Whisk the Aspall White Wine Vinegar, mustard and olive oil to make a dressing.
2. Toss the lettuce together with all the other salad ingredients, then dress and season to taste.
