Apple Cider Vinegar Cold & Flu Tonic

For the majority of us, honey and lemon is the staple go to when that dreaded cold strikes. Luckily, there are more effective tonics to get you through the cold and flu season. You don't have to be poorly to enjoy this winter warmer either - swap your usual cup of tea and nourish yourself this winter with this hot comforting drink made with Raw ACV and fresh, healthy ingredients.

With the help of registered nutritional therapist, Eva Humphries, we’ve put together the perfect flu fighter for when you are feeling less than optimum or looking for a healthy recharger on a cold winter's day.


  1. Put a sprig of thyme and 2 slices of ginger in a cup. Pour boiling water over them and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the thyme and ginger and stir in a teaspoon of each of apple cyder vinegar and manuka honey.
