Perfectly Simple Lettuce & Herb Salad

This is an incredibly versatile dressing that will work on all sorts of salads, but you can’t beat a classic green salad. The herbs, shallots and spring onions add a little tang and texture to the salad leaves, which we love. This salad is especially good as an accompaniment at a barbecue.

1. Whisk the Aspall White Wine Vinegar, mustard and olive oil to make the dressing.

2. Toss the lettuce together with all the other salad ingredients, then dress and season to taste.
