We’ve taken inspiration from the popular gin and sparkling lemonade based Tom Collins cocktail to bring you a guilt-free, yet gratifying tall drink that nullifies the need for alcohol. Hints of orange and rosemary are complemented by the sweet and sour notes of our raw apple cyder vinegar with honey then elevated by sparkling water. As well as providing flavour, rosemary and orange zest are both fantastic digestive aids, making this drink a good pairing with protein-rich meals.
  1. Fill two glasses 3/4 full with ice.
  2. Using a peeler, take a couple of generous strips of rind from an orange. 
  3. Pop a piece of orange rind into each glass. Squeeze the juice of an orange and add the Apple Cyder Vinegar with Honey to each glass. 
  4. Top up with sparkling water, stir and pop in a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
