Delivery is calculated based on the quantity of items you order and will be itemised at the checkout. We do not inflate our product price to absorb the delivery costs - instead our delivery charges are designed to be transparent and reflect the genuine cost of safely delivering our products direct to your home. Please see further delivery and packaging information below.

250ml - 500ml bottles

Individual bottles (250ml - 500ml) need to be ordered in multiples of eight - this can be a complete case of one product or mixed case of eight individual bottles of cyder and/or vinegar.  UK mainland delivery charges are calculated depending on the number of complete cases in your order as follows:

1st case of 8 bottles  £6.35
Each subsequent case of 8 bottles £5.00/case


750ml bottles, bag-in-box cyders, 5L containers

These products are not included in our 8 bottle cases and can be purchased individually. UK mainland delivery charges are calculated separately from cases as follows:

750ml bottles  £6.35 for first bottle; £5/bottle thereafter
5L containers (single, 2x, 3x or 4x) £6.35/up to 4; £6.35/up to 4 thereafter


POS and glassware

These products are not included in our 8 bottle cases and can be purchased individually.  If ordered with cyder or vinegar products, glassware will still be dispatched separately to finished goods via Royal Mail which does not provide order tracking.


Delivery areas

We currently deliver to UK mainland and reserve the right to add a delivery surcharge for deliveries to: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide international shipping. 



We will aim to dispatch your order within 2-10 working days of receipt of your order, however please allow for a longer lead time around Public Holidays and the Festive season. You will receive an email from us when your items have been fulfilled. Cyder and vinegar orders are delivered by courier and you will receive separate communication from them with tracking information.



Delivery will be made between 8-5.30pm Monday to Friday, unfortunately a fixed time slot cannot be specified. A signature is required to confirm delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, our courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. We will not leave your order with a neighbour or outside your property as it may contain alcohol. We can deliver to a neighbour, a friend or to your place of work so that a signature can be obtained (you can select a different delivery address when you check out).  Your dispatch email from our courier will indicate the delivery date for your order. 



We offer an internet based tracking system that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Details of how to access the tracking system will be set out in the dispatch confirmation from our courier.
